Are your beach wedding package prices available throughout Florida?
Our beach wedding packages are designed for weddings throughout Southwest Florida, including Fort Myers Beach, Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Sanibel and Captiva, Sarasota, Siesta Key and surrounding Gulf Coast areas. Some locations may require additional travel, parking, permit or vendor fees. Contact us with your wedding date and preferred location and we'll confirm availability and any location-specific costs.
Do I need a permit for a Florida beach wedding?
It depends on the beach, guest count and ceremony setup. Some Florida beaches allow small ceremonies without a special event permit, while others require permits for weddings, chairs, arches or larger groups. Permit fees are not automatically included in our packages because requirements vary by location. When applicable, our team can help you determine the requirements and obtain the appropriate permit.
Can Platinum Beach Weddings set up at any beach or venue?
We provide beach wedding services throughout our Southwest Florida service area and can also set up at private residences, resorts and other approved ceremony locations. If you haven't chosen a beach yet, we can help you compare locations based on guest count, parking, accessibility, permit requirements and the ceremony setup you have in mind.
How do we get a Florida marriage license?
Couples getting married in Florida must obtain a Florida marriage license before the ceremony. You do not have to obtain the license in the same county where your wedding takes place. Requirements can vary depending on residency and individual circumstances, so we recommend reviewing current requirements with a Florida Clerk of Court before your wedding.
Can I customize my beach wedding package after booking?
Yes. You can personalize your ceremony with available enhancements such as additional flowers, photography or video time, ceremony music, guest experiences, additional seating and other services. Changes and additions are subject to availability and must be finalized by the deadlines outlined in your agreement.
What happens if bad weather threatens our beach wedding?
Because beach ceremonies take place outdoors, we recommend having a backup plan for inclement weather. If weather threatens your ceremony, our team will work with you based on the conditions, your selected location and the options available for your wedding. With sufficient notice and availability, services may be moved to an approved alternate location in accordance with your agreement.
