How many guests does this package allow?
Palm Elegance is designed for intimate or larger ceremonies. Most couples bring between 0–25 guests, but we are happy to accommodate more. Simply let us know so we can suggest the ideal photography time for proper coverage. You are welcome to bring additional guests, but the package and included photo duration were designed for the guest count we recommend. You may want to add more photo time or upgrade your music package when adding more guests, and we are happy to send pricing for any enhancements.
Can we add chairs to this package?
Yes. Chairs can be added as needed. You can also decide if you want sashes and what color. We have a wide range of sash colors available to coordinate with your wedding palette.
How does the photography work?
You will receive up to 60 minutes of photography coverage, typically beginning with your ceremony and ending with newlywed portraits along the shoreline. Your gallery includes approximately 75–100 edited images, delivered via an online link with full print rights.
What does the music package include?
This package includes a 3 -song package with instrumental background music. Perfect for your processional, recessional and/or another special moment. You can upgrade to a full playlist or add a live musician if you prefer a more immersive coastal ambiance.
What does the onsite coordinator do?
Your coordinator manages ceremony flow, décor placement, timing, communication with our vendors, and guest movement. They ensure that your ceremony runs smoothly and that you remain relaxed and fully present throughout your wedding experience.
Do you travel to different beaches?
Yes. We travel to Fort Myers Beach, Naples, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, and Sarasota. If you are considering a location outside these areas, just ask and we will be happy to discuss options.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We monitor the weather closely leading up to your ceremony. If adjustments are needed, we work with you on timing changes, temporary holds, or shifting to an alternate nearby location when possible.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 3–12 months in advance. Elopements and smaller ceremonies can often be accommodated sooner. We have had couples book their elopement as little as 48 hours in advance. As long as you have your Florida marriage license in hand, we can usually accommodate short-notice ceremonies.
Do we need a permit for the beach?
Some beaches require permits and some do not. We guide you through the process and handle the necessary paperwork if your chosen location requires a permit.
Can we bring our own photographer or officiant?
Yes, you may bring your own photographer or officiant, but we recommend using our team for seamless coordination. If you bring your own, we can adjust the package to remove those inclusions if needed. Please note that removing the officiant from our wedding packages also removes the supplemental ceremony elements included with that service.
How long is the ceremony?
Most ceremonies last about 10–15 minutes, depending on whether you include personal vows, unity rituals, or readings.
Can we add other enhancements to this package?
Yes. You can add more seating, flowers, video, live musicians, additional décor, or even a drink station or cocktail hour setup on the beach. We are happy to help you customize the Palm Elegance package to match your vision.
