Designed for weekday or weekend styled ceremonies on the beach in Fort Myers, Marco, Naples, Venice or any location. Stress-free wedding, highly customizable, beautiful, and easy to book for those that are spontaneous or planning a year in advance. Add as many chairs as you need to this package or other enhancements.
Beach permits, if needed are not included. Travel fee's may apply depending on the beach you choose.

How many guests does Palm Lux accommodate?
Palm Lux includes white seating for up to 40 guests, complete with sashes. Additional seating can be added if needed. For larger guest counts, we may suggest adding photography time or enhancing the music package for smooth flow and full coverage.
What type of photography is included?
This package includes 90 minutes of professional photography, capturing your ceremony, couple’s portraits, and candid moments along the shoreline. Most couples receive 100–150+ edited images delivered through an online gallery with full print rights. You can also remove the photography package if you wish to provide your own.
Is a wedding officiant included?
Yes. A licensed officiant is included and will craft a personalized ceremony that reflects your relationship and vision. You may bring your own officiant if desired, and we can adjust the package as needed.
What fresh florals are included with Palm Lux?
Palm Lux features a luxury fresh floral installation on the draped 4-post arbor, fresh aisle florals on bamboo poles, a large bridal bouquet, a mini maid-of-honor bouquet, and boutonnieres/lapels. All florals are designed in our modern-coastal aesthetic and may be customized or upgraded. Removing the bouquets will not credit the package. The blooms will be allocated to the arch sprays and aisle.
Can we customize the arbor and florals?
Yes. You may choose white, ivory, or custom-colored draping, along with enhanced floral upgrades, choose your floral colors, fuller arch pieces, or premium flower varieties. Additional décor options like foliage clusters, lantern groupings, or specialty accents are also available.
Are the florals ours to keep after the ceremony?
Yes. All included fresh florals — bouquets, aisle florals, and arch pieces — are yours to keep or repurpose after the ceremony.
What décor is included along the aisle?
Your aisle includes draped bamboo poles accented with fresh florals, lanterns for added ambiance, and fresh palms to elevate the coastal aesthetic. You may request additional décor for a fuller or more dramatic aisle design.
Do you include a welcome sign and guest amenities?
Yes. Palm Lux includes a styled welcome sign and bottled water for your guests — perfect for warm beach days and creating a polished, welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
Is music included?
Yes. Palm Lux includes a full curated ceremony music list, allowing you to choose up to 20 songs. You may upgrade to live musicians for a more immersive ceremony atmosphere.
Does this package include coordination?
Yes. Full on-site ceremony coordination is included. Your coordinator manages décor placement, timeline flow, music cues, vendor communication, and guest movement so your ceremony runs seamlessly.
Do we need a beach permit?
Some Florida beaches require permits while others do not. We guide you through the process and handle the appropriate paperwork if your chosen location requires one.
