How do our destination wedding packages work?
1. Shop Our Pre-Planned Beach Wedding Packages
We offer a variety of destination beach wedding packages that are perfect for any location or beach venue in Florida. Our wedding ceremony packages range from simple and affordable options for just the two of you, to luxurious designs with fresh flowers and entertainment. You can choose one of our packages as is, or customize it by adding enhancements like longer beach photography time, video, or even live musicians. All of our affordable beach wedding packages can be considered elopement packages, as they cater to groups less than 50, however you can add as many chairs as you need plus reception services. All of our Florida Beach Wedding packages are suitable for elopements, vow renewals, committment ceremonies or large scale beach weddings.
2. Select a Beach Wedding Location
What beaches can you get married on in Florida? Florida is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and we have curated an extensive list of our favorite beaches that you can use. We've done the homework and scouting and have a beautiful line up of choices for your Florida Beach Wedding. You can select one of our favorite beaches to use for your destination wedding, or we can provide services at your rental, resort or any location you want. We are not limited to the beach wedding venues we have listed on our website. It's our pleasure to help guide you to the right beach for your wedding in FL, and help with permitting requirements, if applicable. Our packages do not include beach wedding permit fees but in most cases, we can obtain the permits on your behalf.
3. Check Availability & Reserve Your Date
Confirm our availability for your Florida Destination Wedding date and/or location by calling us or sending along an email. When you're ready to book your beach wedding simply submit your $195 non-refundable deposit. That will lock your Florida wedding date with Platinum Beach Weddings!! The deposit is deducted from your overall package price.
4. My Florida Beach Wedding is Booked...Now What?
Step 1. Confirmation and Service Agreement You will receive an email confirming your deposit and a second email to complete a service agreement. The agreements are completed electronically. You can download a copy after signing is complete. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the agreement with next steps. This is due back within 10 days of placing the deposit. Step 2. Complete planning documents Your celebration coordinator will send you package specific forms to complete such as the ceremony worksheet, photography worksheets and checklists. These are all due back no later than 14 days before your event. You can make changes up to this point as well by emailing us those changes. Step. 3 Review final check in and remit balance We will email you a final review of what we are providing. Once you confirm this, Platinum issues a final invoice and a meet and greet email connecting you with your vendors and a timeline. Step. 4. Wedding Day Try to visit the beach prior to your ceremony so that you are comfortable and know where to go on your wedding day. If you have a bridal party please share the itinerary we provide you so they know what to expect and where to be for your processional to reduce any delays. Remember to bring your rings and FL marriage license. We will see you there!
