How many guests fit each Palm tier?
Essentials: 0–10 • Elegance: up to 25 • Signature: up to 25 • Lux: up to 40+. Exact counts depend on beach space and permit guidelines; we’ll confirm for your date and location. You can add more seating, but if you have more guests, you may want to add more photo time. Fee's apply for additional seating + photo time. Package price does not adjust for removing seating that is already included.
What’s included vs. optional add‑ons?
All Palm wedding packages include altar styling in the collection aesthetic, officiant, and photography time. Chairs, music, aisle styling, and florals scale by tier. Add‑ons include live musician, extended photo/video, fresh‑floral upgrades, and guest comforts. Your quote will show everything line‑by‑line.
Fresh vs. faux florals — what’s the difference?
The Essentials Package features artfully styled faux palms/greenery for a clean, modern look. Signature and Lux packages include fresh florals (with premium stem upgrades available). We’ll confirm stem types seasonally (e.g., monstera, orchids, anthurium).
Can we customize the altar or swap arch styles?
Yes. We can adapt the Palm aesthetic to triangle/hex/round/moon or draped bamboo by tier. Minor swaps are easy; custom builds are quoted. Flowers for the arches vary in cost, there may be fee's to adapt flowers to different arches.
How much photography time is included? Do I need more?
If you have a bridal party, larger group size than what is included in the package, often times you will need more photography time if photos are your priority. We have included the right amount of time in each package based on their sizes but if you want to add a first look, first dance, have a bridal party or a large family, you should consider adding more time.
When is the best time for a Florida beach ceremony?
Golden hour is best — we typically schedule to finish just before sunset for soft light and cooler temps. Morning ceremonies also work for low‑crowd beaches.
Do you help with permits and choosing the beach?
Yes. We’ll recommend locations in Naples, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, Sarasota and Bonita Springs and guide you through permits and access details. Some beaches do not require a permit. Others don't allow planners to obtain them. We know all the details and will assist with this.
What’s the plan for wind, rain, or surf advisories?
We design wind‑aware installs (low‑profile florals, secure rigging) and monitor conditions. If needed, we’ll adjust placement, styling, or timing; backup guidance is included in your planning but it's your responsibility to secure a backup location.
Can we bring our own officiant or photographer?
Yes. Our packages include these services, but we can adjust your quote if you’re bringing your own trusted vendors. We’ll coordinate timeline and ceremony flow.
How long is the ceremony itself?
Most ceremonies run 10–20 minutes depending on vows, readings, and music. With photos, plan 60–120 minutes total time on site by tier.
Do you travel to specific beaches or private venues?
Yes. We service public beaches across Southwest Florida and many private beachfront spaces with approval. Travel fees may apply for longer distances.
Accessibility & parking — what should we know?
We’ll recommend access points with boardwalks/ramps and advise on parking, shuttle, or rideshare options for your group and timeline if you need it.
How do we book? What’s the payment schedule?
A retainer secures your date, with the balance due per your agreement. We’ll send a detailed proposal and contract outlining inclusions, timelines, and payment milestones.
Rescheduling or cancellation?
Policies are outlined in your contract. If weather or travel issues arise, we’ll work with you on available options.
How quickly do we get our photos?
Typical delivery windows are 3-4 weeks depending on coverage and season. Our photographers are happy to snap a few photos of you with your phone if you don't have any guests, so you have a few before the professional gallery is available.
Can we add a reception or dinner afterward?
Absolutely. We can suggest nearby restaurants, private dining, or styled picnic/cocktail vignettes to extend the celebration.
