Certified as a Blue Wave Beach, this large public beach provides free parking, a dining pavilion, concessions, lifeguards, restrooms, picnic tables and beach wheelchairs. The vacation rentals in Venice vary from apartment efficiencies, hotels
and motel rooms to rental condominiums. The atmosphere is casual with plenty of good restaurants and excellent shopping. Historic Venice Florida is quiet, but a popular vacation spot… so book early and enjoy your stay.
There is plenty of parking available so this location is perfect large beach weddings or small elopements.
There are a few little pathways to the beach at this location all within a few feet of each other. On your wedding day we will
greet you at the pathway entrance to stage you and give you instruction, if coordination is included in your package.

Maxine Barritt Beach Park
1800 S. Harbor Drive, Venice FL
This park sits on a picturesque location on the Gulf of Mexico. it offers a large pavilion you can rent for your reception or as a weather back up for your ceremony. There is plenty of parking. With the Venice Pier in the background, it makes for interesting wedding photos. It's located close to Sharky's restaurant which is another great reception venue option. Permit is required here. Venice Pier
1600 S. Harbor Drive, Venice FL
Venice Pier sits inside another part of Brohard Park, on the opposite side of the pier from Maxine Baritt Park. It has a large parking lot, bathroom facilities and of course the iconic Venice Fishing Pier located in front of Sharky's on The pier. Sharkys is an idea location to host a small reception as they do have a private space for small groups. A permit is required here.
