How many guests does this package allow?
Palm Elegance is designed for intimate or large ceremonies. Most couples bring between 8-25 guests, but we are happy to accommodate more — simply let us know so we can suggest the ideal photo time you need for proper coverage. You're welcome to bring more guests but the package and photo duration were designed for the size we suggest. You may want to add more photo time or an upgraded music package when adding more guests. We are happy to send pricing for any enhancements.
Can we add chairs to this package?
Yes! Chairs can be added as needed. You can also decide if you want sashes and what color. We have all colors available.
How does the photography work?
You’ll receive up to 60 minutes of coverage, typically beginning with your ceremony and ending with newlywed portraits on the shoreline. Your gallery includes approximately 75–100 edited images, delivered via an online link with full print rights.
What does the music package include?
This package includes one ceremony song — perfect for processional or a special moment. You can upgrade to a full playlist or add a musician if you want live coastal ambiance.
What does the onsite coordinator do?
Your coordinator manages ceremony flow, decor placement, timing, communication with our vendors, and all guest movement. They ensure that your ceremony runs smoothly and that you remain relaxed and fully present.
Do you travel to different beaches?
Yes — we travel to Ft. Myers Beach, Naples, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, and Sarasota. If you’re considering a location outside these areas, just ask — we’re happy to help.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We monitor weather closely leading up to your ceremony. If adjustments are needed, we work with you on timing, location shifts, or temporary holds.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 3–12 months in advance. Elopements and smaller ceremonies can be accommodated sooner. We've had clients book their elopement 48 hours in advance. If you have your Florida marriage license in hand, we can accommodate must short notice elopements.
Do we need a permit for the beach?
Some beaches require permits; some do not. We guide you through the process and handle all necessary paperwork if your location requires one.
Can we bring our own photographer or officiant?
Yes, but we recommend using our team for seamless coordination. If you bring your own, we simply adjust the package to remove those inclusions if needed. When you remove the Officiant from our wedding packages, it also removes the supplement ceremony.
How long is the ceremony?
Most ceremonies last 10–15 minutes, depending on personal vows, unity rituals, and readings.
Can we add other enhancements to this package?
Yes, you can add more seating, flowers, video, live musicians, more decor or even a drink station or cocktail hour set up on the beach.
