What your reservation includes

  • Ceremony date held exclusively for you with Platinum

  • Planning guidance and timeline support

  • Permit and location assistance

  • Vendor coordination (officiant, photography, décor depending on package)

  • Direct contact with your celebration coordinator

Reservation Policies

  • A reservation payment is required to secure your date + are non refundable.

  • Reservation payments are applied toward your total package cost.

  • Dates are not held without a reservation payment.

  • Remaining balances are due prior to your ceremony date.

It's never to early or too late to reserve your Florida wedding with Platinum!  Simply remit the standard $195 deposit to reserve your date.  You may also make contract payments on this page.

 

A receipt will be emailed to you immediately once your payment is made.  Please do list your date and phone number so that we may contact you with any questions.  After placing your deposit, remember to submit your wedding service agreement with in 10 days to the office.  Changes may be made to your package and services up to 14 days prior to your event. You can reserve your date without a package or location figured out.

Deposits are refundable within 3 days of reserving your date. After 3 days, deposits are not refundable and subject to our cancellation policy and fees.

Pay towards your balance. We email you a final invoice. Use this form for existing events.

Reservation Policies

  • Reservation payments are applied toward your total package cost.

  • Dates are not held without a reservation payment.

  • Remaining balances are due prior to your ceremony date.

Cancellation Policies

  • 120 Days or More: Deposit Payment is Held + Permitting Fee’s, if applicable + 25% of package

  • 61-119 Days Prior to Event: $250 Cancellation fee or 40% of package (whichever is more) + Permitting Fee’s, if applicable

  • Less than 60 days prior to event: 100% Balance Due on Contract
