Steve and Trisha traveled from Menasha, Wisconsin, to Naples with 40 of their closest family and friends for a romantic spring wedding on Via Miramar Beach.

They chose our Garden Lux collection and paired its garden-inspired style with vibrant pink florals, fresh greenery and soft aged-linen fabric. The result felt romantic and elegant without losing the relaxed beauty of a wedding by the Gulf.

With a small bridal party beside them and a family member serving as their officiant, their ceremony also had something no amount of styling can create — a personal connection to the people who had traveled to Florida to celebrate with them.
A Naples Destination Wedding Surrounded by Family & Friends
For Steve and Trisha, their Naples wedding brought 40 family members and friends from home in Wisconsin to the shores of Southwest Florida.

They kept their bridal party small and chose someone from their own family to officiate the ceremony, making the person standing beside them as they exchanged their vows part of their story as well.
​
It created a ceremony that felt intimate despite having a larger group gathered on the beach — personal, relaxed and centered around the people who mattered to them.
Garden Style, Reimagined for the Beach
A garden wedding doesn't have to happen in a garden.
For Steve and Trisha's Via Miramar ceremony, we brought the romance and abundance of garden-inspired floral design directly to the sand.
​
Their four-post arbor was softened with aged-linen fabric and finished with generous floral arrangements in layers of pink, from soft blush to brighter fuchsia. Roses and garden-style blooms were paired with fresh green hydrangea, leafy textures and palm foliage, giving the design the fullness of a garden while still feeling completely at home beside the Gulf.

The result was romantic and polished, but not overly formal — a beautiful balance for an elegant Naples beach wedding.
Aged Linen, Vibrant Pinks & Fresh Green
The color story was one of the defining elements of Steve and Trisha's wedding.
​
Rather than using crisp white draping, we styled their arbor with aged-linen fabric, introducing a warmer, softer neutral against the white sand. From there, vibrant pink flowers became the focal point.
​
Blush and bright pink roses were layered with fresh green hydrangea, smaller garden blooms and tropical foliage. The deeper pink tones gave the ceremony plenty of color, while the greenery and natural textures kept the overall design grounded.
​
Trisha's bouquet took a slightly softer approach, bringing together pink and ivory roses with delicate greenery. Against her simple white gown, the flowers felt classic and romantic — and beautifully connected to the larger ceremony design.

A Softer Approach to the Aisle
With so much color and floral detail at the altar, the aisle didn't need to compete for attention.
​
Small arrangements of airy white baby's breath accented the guest seating, adding softness and texture without pulling focus from the vibrant arbor ahead.
​
It's a small detail, but an important one: not every element of a wedding design has to make the same statement. Sometimes the quieter pieces are what allow the focal elements to stand out.

A Ceremony Made More Personal
One of the most personal choices Steve and Trisha made had nothing to do with flowers or décor.
​
Rather than having one of our officiants perform their ceremony, they chose a family member to stand with them as they exchanged their vows.
​
Surrounded by a small bridal party and 40 family members and friends who had traveled to Naples to celebrate with them, that familiar face at the altar made their destination ceremony feel even more connected to home.
​
The setting may have been hundreds of miles from Wisconsin, but the ceremony itself was surrounded by people from their life together.
Getting Married at Via Miramar Beach in Naples

For Steve and Trisha, it provided enough space to welcome 40 guests while still creating the intimate feeling they wanted for their ceremony.
