Platinum Beach Weddings offers simple and affordable elopement packages for just the two of you (or bring along some guests) as well as elegant all inclusive beach ceremony packages that can accommodate up to 100 guests. All of our wedding packages include the essentials, your Officiant and beach wedding photography. From there, they each have their own special design, style and inclusions. They have been purposefully designed with balanced style. You are welcome to customize our wedding packages by adding additional services and seating, to enhance it and make it perfect for your unique needs. All of our packages work seamlessly for vow renewals, micro-weddings, or large ceremonies.

You can rely on us to help guide you through this process so don't let that stop you from choosing your favorite beach venue for your ceremony. We can also provide our beach wedding packages at any other location! If you rent a beach house for your wedding, we can come there! Staying at a hotel or resort? We can come there. With only $195, you can reserve your wedding date with Platinum. Your deposit is also the first payment towards your Florida Wedding Package.
Once you remit the reservation deposit, we send along a confirmation and a wedding consultant reaches out to help you select a package if you do not have one decided on yet. They will also guide you to the perfect beach wedding location if you do not have one selected and discuss permitting if it's applicable.
You can make changes to your wedding package, location, or time, up to two weeks before your wedding. We are Florida Destination Wedding specialists and we realize things can sometimes change when you are planning from a distance.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU RESERVE Your Beach Wedding
Step 1. Confirmation and Service Agreement
You will receive an email confirming your deposit and a second email to complete a service agreement. The agreements are completed electronically. You can download a copy after signing is complete. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the agreement with next steps. This is due back within 10 days of placing the deposit.
Step 2. Complete planning documents
Your celebration coordinator will send you package specific forms to complete such as the ceremony worksheet, photography worksheets and checklists. These are all due back no later than 14 days before your event. You can make changes up to this point as well by emailing us those changes.
Step. 3 Review final check in and remit balance
We will email you a final review of what we are providing. Once you confirm this, Platinum issues a final invoice and a meet and greet email connecting you with your vendors and a timeline.
Step. 4. Wedding Day
Try to visit the beach prior to your ceremony so that you are comfortable and know where to go on your wedding day. If you have a bridal party please share the itinerary we provide you so they know what to expect and where to be for your processional to reduce any delays. We will see you there!

1. Is the package pricing online valid for the entire State of Florida?
No, the packages that are pre-set and priced on our website are only valid for Ft Myers, Sanibel, Bonita Springs and Naples Florida. We service other cities
however there may be a surcharge that would apply, depending on the city, as vendor pricing in other areas vary from SW Florida. Platinum reserves the right
to refuse bookings and/or change effective pricing on packages at any time.
2. Is a beach permit required and are they included in your packages?
Not all beaches require a permit therefore Platinum does not include beach permits in their packages. Permits also vary in price depending on the beach or
location that is selected. We can include the permitting in our contract once a location is chosen. The cost of the permit will be added to the contract as well
and collected at the time when deposits are made.
3. Does Platinum only set up at certain locations?
No, Platinum can set up at any location. We can recommend locations to you if you ask. We know what beaches are free and which have best parking
accommodations.
4. Does Platinum obtain our marriage license for us?
No. You and your fiancé’ must visit a Florida Clerk of Court to obtain your license. Non-FL residents will receive their license immediately and should bring
that to the wedding and give to your Officiate. You can obtain your marriage license at ANY clerk of court in the State of Florida.
5. Does Platinum only do beach weddings?
No. Platinum can set up and provide services at any venue including banquet halls, gardens, homes, boats or in pavilions. Where ever you can get married,
we can set up!
6. Can I change my mind about the things I need once I sign the contract for my wedding?
Yes you can! Our contract allows for changes all the way up to when final payment is due. Services are available as “add on’s” at any time as long as they
are available.
7. When is my final payment due? Can I make payments on my wedding?
After your initial deposit to reserve our services, final payment is not due until the week before your wedding date if you are paying via credit card or 2 weeks
before your wedding if you are paying with a check. You can make payments as you can afford to however it’s not required. You can make payments
securely on our website on the payment page. The system will email a receipt immediately. Be sure to list your wedding date on all payments.
8. I purchased a pre-set package on your site. Does this mean you are my wedding planner?
Ceremony and all inclusive packages do not include a planner. Some of them include coordination of your ceremony only. We are not responsible for
choosing your date, time, location or any other detail that would be considered “planning”. We provide only the services listed in our packages and
contract. If you need a wedding planner, we do have planner packages available.
9. Do you provide a backup plan in the event bad weather threatens?
It is the responsibility of the customer to secure a backup plan for their wedding. Platinum will accommodate their clients by setting up at a secondary
location with enough notice if rain is an issue. Platinum will make the best effort to provide the services desired and will even allow you to move your
date/time with enough notice and if available.
10. How do I know Platinum is a real business?
We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and we have over 200 5 star reviews on various wedding directories. Platinum was incorporated in July 2007
